How it started
Sezio was founded in 2026. The name comes from the Turkish verb “sezmek”: to notice without being told. AI has learned to answer every question. But noticing what needs doing in time, preparing for it and following through still sat on a person’s shoulders. We are building Sezio to take that weight.

Take the coordination out of your head.
The hard part of modern work isn't finding information. It's knowing what matters, remembering what you owe people, and doing something about it at the right time. Keeping all of that in your head is work in itself, and it takes a share of your attention all day. A forgotten promise or a late reply is rarely carelessness. Most of the time there was simply too much to hold. That is exactly Sezio’s job. It keeps track of these things for you, so your attention stays on the work itself.
The answers got good. The follow-through didn't.
AI can write, summarize and explain almost anything you ask it. But your day isn't a series of questions. It's a moving set of commitments across a dozen tools. What's missing isn't a better answer. It's an assistant that knows your context, notices before you do and can act on it.

What we believe
Proactive, not noisy
An assistant that interrupts you all day isn't helping. Sezio speaks up when something needs you, and stays quiet when it doesn't.
Your memory belongs to you
If an assistant knows you, you should be able to see what it knows, correct it and delete it.
Approval before action
Autonomy is something you grant, not something the assistant takes. Nothing leaves Sezio without your yes.
The work, not the model
Models keep changing. You choose what you want done, Sezio chooses the model, and your context never starts over.
Personal first
Work and life share one day, so they share one assistant. Even inside a company, Sezio works for the person.
Your tools stay where they are
Sezio works with the email, calendar, documents and task tools you already use. Nothing has to move.
One person. Then a team. Then a company.
Sezio starts as one person's chief of staff: it knows your priorities, keeps your agenda, gets you ready and closes things out. Teams come next, with shared briefs and shared memory, and a clear line between what's yours and what the team sees. After that comes what a company needs to run Sezio on its own terms: admin, roles, its own setup, data residency and an audit trail.
